It is usually used to optimize sweetness, enhance product texture and mouthfeel, improve viscosity control, increase cohesiveness, give clear appearance and for coating purposes. Soya Protein Sauce
Soya Protein Sauce technically known as Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein. It is concentrated soya protein liquid produced by hydrolysis of soya bean protein to amino acid. An excellent flavour enhancer applicable in sauces and seasonings, meat products, processed food, canned food, soups etc.

Using the traditional fermented soya sauce liquid, spray dried to become the superior Soya Sauce Powder. SSSFI Maltodextrin is Non-GMO tapioca based products line; cover the dextrose equivalent (DE) range from 10 to 40. Each product differs in its degree of hydrolysis, providing wide range of functionalities and properties for special applications. Maltodextrin often use as bulking agent, dispersant, carrier, binding agent, processing aid and texture improver in a variety of food and beverage products.
