In October 2000, the founder of Eggtech defied all pre-existing norms in the Malaysian egg industry and delivered to consumers nationwide what they want in their egg products: Quality, Safety and Convenience – in a different shape – LIQUID!
Eggtech’s initial set-up was a semi-detached factory of 745 sq metres in total production land in Sungai Buloh. Its fully commissioned plant then was the first and only manufacturer of pasteurized liquid egg products in Malaysia. Their technology intensive plant contains an advanced pasteurized egg production line from SANOVO Denmark.
Today, the company operates from a location of 1 acre land spanning a production floor of over 2000 sq meters in Puncak Alam. With almost 13 years of experience, Eggtech has a firm grasp on consumer desires for quality, safety, and convenience.
Liquid Egg White
Egg white separated from farm fresh eggs, pasteurized, chilled and frozen. Useful in binding, sugared products and whipped cream.
Liquid Egg Yolk
Egg yolks separated from farm fresh eggs, pasteurized, chilled and frozen. Comes in both Plain Egg Yolk and Salted Egg Yolk varieties. Plain Egg Yolk can be used in a variety of sweet doughs, cakes, and ice cream, while Salted Egg Yolk is great for ingredients such as mayonnaise and salad dressing.
Liquid Whole Egg
Whole egg pulp produced from farm fresh eggs, pasteurised, homogenised, chilled or frozen. Useful in cakes, mayonnaise, salad dressing, cookies and egg noodles.
